1. Owner is fully responsible for property stored at the assigned rack number. C.A.H.L.E shall have no liability for Owner's property. Owner shall hold C.A.H.L.E harmless for any claims of any nature pertaining to Owner’s Property or the storage of the property on the rack provided by C.A.H.L.E. 2. Owner must be an association member or guest in good standing and dues must be paid in full. 3. Owner shall be entitled to the use of the assigned rack number only. No personal equipment, other than the paddle may be stored on the premises. 4. Owner agrees to a fee of $100 per space, per season (May-Oct). 5. Owner must re-apply each season. There will be a lottery if there are more applicants than spaces. 6. Owner agrees to remove their property from the rack no later than November 1st each year. 7. Owner must lock their Kayaks to the rack when not in use. This is to prevent unwarranted use by non-members. Owners will provide their own locks. 8. Owner to store one (1) vessel per assigned rack number. 9. No cancellations or refunds. However transfer of assigned rack number is permitted to another CAHLE member. 10. Unlocked or unregistered vessels may be removed at any time by the HOA.
